Polly's Story...
This young lady looks so big in the picture--but she is just a little bitty thing!!! She is medium to long hair and learning to be brushed. On 4/3 she is approx 4 months old and weighs 4 lbs. She appears to have stubby little legs and will be a small cat. She was rescued very ill and has been nursed back to health. Polly has been felv/fiv tested negative and will be spayed in the next week. She is a little shy at first -- but warms right up to you! Polly said it is no fun being sick and scared and all alone outdoors. She was thankful to be rescued and made well. She is grateful for some attention and a warm bed to sleep in. Polly is very, very, playful. She might go under a bed when you go in her room--and you dangle a string and out she comes! Put down a toy mouse and there is no stopping her!! She is out and about. She is slowly being introduced to other foster kitties -and with a little time we are sure she will be like one of the gang. Polly will make someone a wonderful companion. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Polly, a Clarksville Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
