Emma is a very sweet, 3 year old, 40 lb Bull terrier/Boxer/ Pittie mix. She listens well, is pretty laid back, but has her playful side also. She is crate trained and almost fully house broken. Emma is great with other dogs but does prefer to eat alone. Emma has had a rough past and we are not sure what all she has been through but she is always afraid that you are gonna hurt her. she is so loving and cuddly, but is very jumpy. She just needs some patience and understanding and a calm environment. Plus, she has the cutest ears!!! Apply today to make this adorable little girl apart of your family!
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Ace Hardware in Oxford on Friday May 10th from 2pm - 6pm. On Saturday May 11th CPR will be at Milford Bank located at 1455 Boston Post Rd, Milford from 10am - 2pm. Lastly on Sunday May 12th, CPR will be hosting an Open House at our facility at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd Southbury from 10am - 1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $450 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
