Ringo's Story...
I'm Ringo! Yup, lying on the floor and asking for a belly rub is one of my favorite things to do! At 7 years old, I am retired from the exhausting work life of running all day. I enjoy sunbathing, walks on the beach, and fine dining. I am totally house trained - no accidents or torn up shoes with a classy girl like me! I'm good on a leash too. But, I do need to be in a home without small animals - I have small animal aggression and can't be trusted with little critters. I take a little while to warm up to other dogs, so I hate the dog park too, but I live with my foster brother who's the same size as me just fine. When it comes to people I am excellent. My foster mom tells me I'm so well behaved she thinks I could become a therapy dog! I always know how to brighten your day with a goofy smile and pose. Ask to meet me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ringo, a Phoenix Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
