Hobbes's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Hobbes's Story...
I'm an energetic and fun-loving dude and I'm 10 weeks old (4/15/2009).

I know you can't tell by looking at me, but I am part Poodle! My Mom was a Poodle mix, and my Dad is well, just a mix!

I am a typical puppy who is very active and absolutely LOVE my brother Calvin and sister Quinn. Playing with them is the best thing ever! I love playing with toys and balls too!

I'm a little young to be leash trained or obedience trained - but I'm just about ready to start learning. I've been pretty busy just exploring my surroundings and getting the lay of the land.

I've been dewormed and I'm up to date with my vaccinations. I'm also on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

I will not be adopted out to a family with children under the age of 8 years old due to my energy level.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hobbes, a Wake Forest Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Wake Forest, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Wake Forest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wake Forest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wake Forest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wake Forest paves the way for another one to be saved.
