June Bug's Story...
This is June Bug, she was a stray so we don't know much about her. She is approximately 10 years old (so she had a home somewhere but guess she lost her way somehow, no one has come looking for her) and a real sweetheart. She gets on with other dogs well and is mild mannered and calm. She is quiet and loves to go for a walk but also happy to just lay by your side. She is very good on a leash and does not pull and stays right by your side. She is housetrained and tells you when she needs to go out by reaching out her paw to you.

She has had all her shots, is already spayed and just had her teeth cleaned. She is small and weighs 23lbs. She is a beautiful dog and is either part beagle and spaniel or has some collie in her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

June Bug, a Indianapolis Beagle/Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Springer Spaniel for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Beagle/Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Beagle/Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
