JENNY's Story...
Jenny is a sweet 1 year old Toy Fox Terrier/ Chi mix, about 7 lbs, that was saved from being euthanized at a high-kill shelter. Thankfully our volunteer spotted this depressed and skinny girl curled up in a ball in the corner of her cage, looking as if she had given up on life. Jenny was bailed out in the nick of time and taken to a loving foster home where she is thriving and being the perfect little miss. We've discovered she is house-broken and very well-behaved. She is sweet as sugar and affectionate, just waiting for a loving home of her own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JENNY, a Encino Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Encino, or seeking a Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
