We aren’t exactly sure what Charkie’s breed combination is but we do know that he is fantastic! He is about a year old and weighs 29 pounds. He is good with other dogs, loves people, walks very well on the leash, likes a car ride, and he is just a happy go lucky kind of fellow. He is crated trained and coming along really well with his potty training and his foster mom thinks he is pretty sweet. He is very smart and well mannered so he could easily go everywhere his people go- walks around the neighborhood, the park, ball games, etc without any problems. He will make a great addition to his new family for sure!
This dog is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
