Bogart's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Bogart's Story...
If you fancy intelligent terrier mixes, look no further. Bogart is a handsome guy with a great personality born in February 2007. This 35-pounder has come a long way since becoming a Kiko dog. Bogart was not comfortable around other dogs at first but has now been well socialized and he particularly enjoys playing with those smaller than him. He loves the water, so access to at least a kiddy pool next summer will be a must. Bogart is very sweet and gentle at heart. He is yet another casuality of the booming pet shop (= puppy mill) business in Quebec, purchased on impulse only to be abandoned a year later. Bogart has been waiting for his forever home since March 2008 and the Kiko ladies have promised to take good care of him until he finds it. Contact Kiko if you think you can offer Bogart the love and stability he deserves.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bogart, a Rigaud Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Rigaud, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Rigaud.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rigaud already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rigaud breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rigaud paves the way for another one to be saved.
