Lab Mix Puppies's Story...
I have not been able to reach the home that these pups came from to find out their birthday but they were either born in February or March. Both of the parents are very sweet natured. The mom looks like a black Irish Setter and the dad is mostly lab mix. These pups are too young to have spayed/neutered but that is a must before they breed in order for you to adopt from me. There are too many animals put to sleep in the world to bring more in. This needs to be agreed upon before adoption. There are seven pups in all, males and females. For the most part they are all black. Some have longer hair than others. The adoption donation is $80 and that covers the spay/neuter, their puppy shots (too young for the rabies shots), deworming, and flea and tick meds. Your donation helps me to help more animals. You can actually make a check out to my vet for the full amount. I don't need any cash. Please don't adopt from me if you want an outside dog fulltime. I'm looking for a family for my dogs who will allow them to live inside, be willing to housetrain them, and who also understands that puppie teethe just like people for about a year and a half. They need toys to chew on so they don't ruin your shoes and things. Let me know if you'd like to take a look at my pups and thank you for looking at my rescue. Your adopting from me is like you helping me to save a life, and I appreciate it. I try to save as many as I can. Thank you. Deb "o) Cares About Life Rescue

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lab Mix Puppies, a Hillsboro Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Hillsboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Hillsboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
