My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Posted on 05/12/09

Beautiful little Maddie is an an absolutely amazing kitten that was rescued along with her siblings from Brooklyn. We have had them since they were about 5 weeks old. Maddie has one brother and one sister. They are currently being fostered in Manhattan by a wonderful cat foster mom. It's just them in the house so they get all of her attention. They are definitely a dynamic trio!

Maddie has a wonderful spirit - playful, fun, snuggly, and she is beautiful to boot! She absolutely adores people and is just an all around fun time gal. Maddie loves to romp with her siblings and then curl up with you while you watch the tube. If you are looking for a good buddy to be there when you get home from work - look no further. Maddie will easily fit the bill!

Maddie is the kind of kitten that enjoys a lot of interaction so a home with other animals or adopting a sibling pair would be best for her. We think that she would easily become bored by herself. So if you are only interested in having a single cat, she probably isn't the best candidate for you.

Maddie is 8 weeks old and very healthy. She has been dewormed, tested negative for Feline AIDS/Feline Leukemia, is flea free, and received her first FVRCP vaccine. She will be receiving her second FVRCP vaccine before being adopted. She is too young to be spayed right now but we have a lot of low cost and no cost options available if you are interested. We have done our homework!

If interested in finding out more about this little gem or scheduling a time to meet with her, please contact me at donnaerhardt@gmail.com or 917-691-9466. The best time to call is after 6 PM during the week and anytime on the weekends. Maddie is being fostered in the Chelsea area of Manhattan.

Thanks for thinking of a rescued cat. Maddie and I look forward to meeting you! I guarantee that it will be love at first sight.
