My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Preacher is a fine young man who somehow found himself at a kill shelter in South Carolina…YIKES!! It took some praying and hard work by the local volunteers and shelter staff to get a rescue group to step up for him. Cedar Farm is the lucky rescue that got him! YAY!!! He is such a loving and affectionate dog. He currently weighs 40 lbs. and has passed the “lap sitting” stage, but he doesn’t know that yet. He will try to get right up in your lap and just loves, loves, loves his people. He plays great with the other dogs and likes our cats just fine. Preacher is almost 8 mos. Old and should weigh in the mid-50s when he is full grown. He never meets a stranger and walks very well on leash so you’d have lots of fun walking him in the neighborhood. He will offer protection in his home and will use his “preacher” voice if someone is about, but silences quickly upon your command and when he knows all is well. Preacher is great with children and would love some kids to play ball with. He’s going to make some family very happy!
Preacher has been neutered and is up to date on his shots. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative for heartworms, fleas and ticks. He is microchipped, crate trained and housebroken.
