Happy's Story...
Happy was found in the cold and wet allies of the St. Louis area by a generous college student. After weeks of newspaper adds and signs on street lights, Happy's owner was not found. The student was unable to keep her in her one bedroom apartment so she came to Second Chance Animal Rescue to try to find a forever home. All the wonderful attributes of a toy manchester, Happy is full grown only weighing seven pound and is spayed. Living in a foster home with large and small dogs and cats, she gets along perfectly with everyone. She is full of energy and loves to play fetch with kids and adults alike. Because of her energy she would be best with children ten and up. Crate trained and does not bark a lot, Happy is a wonderful dog that is very intelligent. She also listens to and obeys her foster family. Happy would make her forever family very happy.
