Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ashley was rescued in April from the deserted front porch of the place she used to call home.
We were working on a feral colony of cats across the street and we saw her there alone, looking in the windows of her old house. Turns out her "family" had moved out a month ago but decided not to take their kitty. The neighbors said she never left the front porch, just sat there waiting.....and waiting. Since we knew they would never come back, we could not leave her.
When she went to the vet to get fixed and shots, it was discovered she was also pregnant. How those people could leave such a sweet and innocent cat behind to have babies outside, still infuriates us.
But we are focusing on the positive...Ashley is a young and healthy cat who has a lot of life left. She wants a family to share her love with. If you can provide Ashley a forever home, please call us today!
Our Adoptable Kittens ARE NOT FERAL. We take them from the streets at a young age, and most are feral at the time of rescue. However we spend many hours taming, socializing, and acclimating them to indoor life as a pet cat. They are currently friendly, healthy, and playful kittens who are just waiting for their special someone to take them home.
All of our kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated against Distemper, and treated for fleas and other parasites. The Adoption Fee is $75 and also get two kittens for $100!
If you are interested in adopting one of our kittens, please download an Adoption Application from our website at www.focusonferals.org, and email it to crazyforferals@yahoo.com, or mail it to PO Box 9824, Wyoming, MI 49509.
Ashley is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
