Precious/Momzy's Story...
Precious has a pending adoption.

Hi there! My name is Precious and I am approx. 5 years old and am about 25 lbs. I just had puppies May 1, so won't be available until they are weaned around July 11. I am extremely sweet and am great off-leash. I listen very well and I already know "sit", "come", and "stay", and I'm house-trained! I give a little "woof" when I want a pet, when I need to go outside, or when I want to go home to see my puppies when I'm in the dog park - you'll start to understand what my "woof" means as it's usually very apparent! I am an amazing Mom and take such good care of my puppies. I'm great with other dogs, cats, and kids!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Precious/Momzy, a Calgary Corgi/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Chihuahua for sale in Calgary, or seeking a Corgi/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Calgary.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Calgary already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Calgary breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Chihuahua breeders who help with Corgi/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Calgary paves the way for another one to be saved.
