Linus's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Linus's Story...
I'm one of the cutest and snuggliest pups you will ever meet. I'm 11 weeks old (6/1/2009) and love to run and play.

I was born with a slight outward turn of my right rear leg - but it doesn't slow me down in the slightest!

I love rawhide chews, squeak toys, and chasing a Kong! I love playing with all of my canine brothers and sisters, no matter how big or small!

I'm already crate trained - I sleep all night in my crate without having to go outside!

I've been dewormed, am up to date with vaccinations, and am on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. I recently had a bacterial skin infection, and the hair on my hind end is just growing back.

Because of my energy/activity level, I will not be adopted out to a family with children under the age of 8 years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Wake Forest Corgi puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Wake Forest, or seeking a Corgi puppy from a breeder in Wake Forest.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wake Forest already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wake Forest breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wake Forest paves the way for another one to be saved.
