Daisy-PENDING's Story...
UPDATE: There is an adoption pending on Daisy.

Daisy will make a great family pet. She loves cats, dogs and children. She’s a quick learner. Daisy is housebroken, already spayed, walks well on a leash and is beginning to get the hang of basic commands like sit, stay, and lay down.

She is a comedian and is always good for a laugh, whether it’s a goofy face she makes or a hop and dance she performs. Daisy is not the typical beagle. She is calm and quiet and enjoys sleeping in her crate. She knows how to dance when given a treat and is convinced that she is a lap dog.

Daisy is a special dog and will make a great companion to whoever takes her home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy-PENDING, a Athens Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Athens, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Athens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Athens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Athens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Athens paves the way for another one to be saved.
