Oscar is Adopted
Oscar is currently fostered in Mentor Ohio and his adoption fee/donation is $300
Oscar is a 3 yr old cocker spaniel that came to our rescue as an owner surrender due to him not doing well with the small child in the home.
He has been in his foster home for about a week now and he is doing well.
He does take time for him to warm up to strangers, so he will need an owner able to properly introduce him to new comers.
He can't be put into a situation where he may nip at a strange person.
Once he knows and trusts a person, he is loving and affectionate and seeks out attention.
Here is a note from his foster mom.
Oscar! Very active, loves to play ball, chew bones.
Gets along with other dogs. May take a minute to warm up, but is very loving and affectionate when he does!
Housebroken, but has had an accident, but he's new here still.
Likes to go on walk, be outside.
Has not shown any aggression.
Knows some basic commands "sit" "shake" he's a pretty happy boy!
He can be noisy and bark a lot when someone first come in the house.
Oscar is neutered and up to date on vaccines, as well as heartworm negative.
