Mittsy's Story...
Mittsy is a little girl born March 24, 2009. She has been raised as an indoor only kitty and gets along with people and other cats. She is very playful and is quite a character. She will keep herself as well as you amused for hours playing. Right now she is enthralled with running through the cat tunnel. She can be very affectionate and really likes to have her chin rubbed and to be petted behind the ears. Mittsy will enthusiastically greet you at the door. She is very soft and her fur is velvety-like. To know her is to love her. She definitely has a unique personality!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mittsy, a West Palm Beach Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in West Palm Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in West Palm Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Palm Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Palm Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Palm Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
