Hi, everyone! It’s me Jarvis and I’m back. Unfortunately I developed a very painful ulcer in my eye and I needed surgery. My new guardian felt that he was not able to cope with taking care of me. I have gone through my surgery and I am in recovery. I will need drops in my eye for the rest of my life and I will be checked out by the Vet soon to see if the eye is going to be okay. The doc’s hoping for a full recovery ... so stay tuned cause I’ll soon be needing my new forever home!
Howdy, folks. My name is Jarvis and guess what? I was picked up as a stray! Unlike many of the young sprouts around here, I know that no one is looking for me. I don’t like to burst their bubble and tell them that their humans aren’t out combing the streets for them. I’ve been around long enough to know that it was the end of the road for me and my last family; they weren’t going to try to find me. Hey, I’m not complaining, I like this place. I’ve good two square meals a day, lots of long walks, belly rubs, and a kiss before I go to sleep. Who could ask for more. Only one little thing missing and that is a new family for me. My only wish is that my next family be my last ... I want to wake up in the same house, with the same people, for the rest of my life. I’m 8 years old and I’m tired of moving around. Don’t think because I’m 8, that I’m an old wobbly dog (not that I have anything against old, wobbly dogs), I can keep up with all the young pups around here. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, well you won’t have to cause I know them all. So are you going to be the one who changes my life? I’m ready and can be packed in a flash. You know the drill .... fill in the Adoption Form and the name is spelled J-A-R-V-I-S!
Allô, mon nom est Jarvis et devinez quoi ? J’ai été ramassé parce que j’étais errant ! Non pas comme plusieurs des p’tits jeunes ici, je sais que personne n’est à ma recherche. Je n’aime pas dégonfler leur bulle et leur dire que leur humain n’est pas à leur recherche. J’ai vécu assez longtemps pour savoir que c’était terminé entre ma dernière famille et moi ; elle ne ferait pas d’effort pour me trouver. Hey, je ne me plains pas, j’aime cet endroit. J’ai deux bons repas par jour, plusieurs promenades, on me frotte la bédaine et on me fait un câlin avant que je m’endorme. On ne peut pas demander pour plus. Juste une chose qui manque et c’est une nouvelle famille pour moi. Mon seul désir est que ma prochaine famille soit ma dernière ... je veux me réveiller dans la même maison, avec les mêmes personnes, pour le restant de ma vie. Je suis âgé de 8 ans et je suis fatigué de déménager. Ne pensez pas parce que j’ai 8 ans que je suis un vieux chien tremblant (pas que j’ai quelque chose contre les vieux chiens tremblants), j’ai autant d’énergie que les jeunes chiens du Centre. Il parraît qu’on ne peut pas enseigner des nouveaux trucs à un vieux chien, vous n’aurez pas besoin parce que je les connais tous. Alors serez-vous celui qui change ma vie ?
