Hammond's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Hammond's Story...
He was brought in to the pound from the street. His owner showed up but didn't want to pay for his bail. He was obviously neglected with bleeding ears and so underweight that he couldn't even stand up. Despite his unfortunate past, he is such a sweetheart and gets along with, people of any age, dogs, cats —everybody! So we saved him on his execution day from the pound. He's mellow and quiet, and would make a perfect family companion. You meet Hammond in person, and you'll fall in love in a minute!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hammond, a Marina del Rey Pointer/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Pointer/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pointer/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
