Ida (FL)'s Story...
Ida is about 12 weeks old the end of June and ready for a home of her very own. She weighs about 4 pounds now so we suspect full grown she'll be very small. However, not knowing her parents, we aren't guaranteeing size but we ARE guaranteeing sweetness and love!!
She's spayed, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Her adoption fee is $275.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ida (FL), a New York Corgi/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Chihuahua for sale in New York, or seeking a Corgi/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Chihuahua breeders who help with Corgi/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
