Marlee's Story...
Hi! My name is Marlee. I'm seven years old and back with New Hope Cattle Dogs. I was returned due to no fault of my own. I'm a very good girl, but my parents were going through a divorce and couldn't keep me, so now I'm looking for a new home. I get along with the other dogs in my foster home, and I LOVE to play fetch! I'm at a great age because I still have lots of spunk, but you won't have to worry about puppy antics with me! A home with cats is probably not a good idea for me. Other dogs would be ok, though. I am crate trained, and I walk well on a leash and know some basic commands. I would love to be your forever companion. Please ask to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marlee, a Phoenix Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
