Ramsey's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Ramsey's Story...
Ramsey is a approx. 2 year old male Boxer. He is in need of a home with no small animals or small children because he has displayed a high prey drive and is uncomfortable around the loud noises/fast movements that little kids sometimes make. Children over 11 are fine and he plays nice with other dogs his own size, just not smaller than him.

Also, a securely fenced yard (over 6ft fence as he can currently climb over his foster mom's 6ft fence) would be preferred in his case as Boxers really love to run and Ramsey is no exception to this. He is current on all his shots, is house trained, and is neutered.

Please email ronsrescued@aol.com for an adoption application if you are interested in adopting this gorgeous boy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ramsey, a North Benton Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in North Benton, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in North Benton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Benton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Benton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Benton paves the way for another one to be saved.
