DaisyMae's Story...
DaisyMae and her sister LuluBelle came to us from an overcrowded shelter. They were extremely shy and most likely would have been euthanized if Stray Cat Blues didn't take them in. These girls are now 6 months old and have come a long way but are still on the shy side. DaisyMae is the more outgoing of the twins. She now loves to snuggle on the bed at night and enjoys being petted. LuluBelle is curious but still keeps her distance and sleeps on the end of the bed. Both love to play with toys and watch birds from the window. The twins are spayed, up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for feline aids and leukemia. Please consider giving one or both of these girls a home of their veryown. DOB: 1/3/09

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DaisyMae, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
