My story

My name is Skip and I am the most beautiful shade of light chocolate ... at least that’s what everyone tells me. My breed is Poodle x Bichon Frisee and I am about 5.5 years old. Let me tell you my story. I was brought to a Vet’s office because my family did not want me; I was having too many accidents. If they had just been a little more patient and let me out more often, I am a smart fellow and I would have learned. I was really happy when the nice lady told me that it wasn’t the end of the road for me. She said, “Don’t worry, Skip. You are going to make another family very happy.” And, I promise, I will. I am clean in my crate and I am let out often, so I’m getting the hang of being toilet trained. My favorite thing in the world is to go for a walk and then come back and cuddle. I get along very well with other dogs and even the cat—they’re not so bad. I will need a guardian who likes to keep my coat nicely brushed and clean. So, what do you think ... am I the one?
