Gus's Story...
Hi I’m Gus and I need a loving home and family. I am a 3 ½ year old Bull Terrier/Border collie mix male. I have been neutered and my shots are all up to date. My family is moving and they can’t take me with them. I need a home with lots of love and attention. I love to play, especially tug of war and throwing the ball. I also love big chew bones, they keep me busy. I am good with other dogs and children. I’ve never been around a cat before so I’m not sure what they are all about. I am house trained and I know how to use a doggy door. I may be 50lbs, but I think I’m a lap dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gus, a Mesa Bull Terrier/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bull Terrier/Border Collie for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Bull Terrier/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bull Terrier/Border Collie breeders who help with Bull Terrier/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
