Hi there, My name is Gemma, and I am a 4 yr old shih-tzu mix.
I was living with my owner up until now, but sadly she became quite ill, so she gave me up to a rescue.
I really hope she will be ok.
I am now in a foster home, and although I miss my former mommy, I am enjoying this foster life. I get to play with the other dogs here, and I get lots of loving from my foster momma here!!
I am a good little girl, I don’t shed hardly at all, and I am already housetrained.
I’m looking for my forever home, and hope to be available soon, so that I can get started in a new life, with my new family.
I do have to stay in foster care for a few weeks, you see I have to be “evaluated”, according to this rescue. They need to know what my needs are so that they can place me in the best possible home that fits my needs!! I don’t need much, just a home, food, loving, and grooming regularly.
I’m quite easy going I think!!! I get along with everyone I meet, but I’m not sure about small children, I’ve never really lived with them, so my compatibility with them is unknown.
I will be ready for adoption once my time being observed here is over, and then I can go to my forever home shortly after that!!
I am already spayed, and up to date on vaccines.
