My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Moon Beam is a 10 month old social butterfly of a dog. She is 35 pounds and likely an aussie mix of some kind. She is doing fantastic in foster care- loves everyone she meets and has great social skills with her dog friends. She enjoys playing catch and working around the yard with her foster family. She is also kiddo approved! Moon Beam would be perfect for a family with active kids that have friends over because she is confident and social and is definately the kind of dogs that would be good going to the dog park or kids sporting events. She is eager to please so she responds well to training and correction and she is treat motivated. Overall she is just a very good dog and will make her new family/ person glad they chose to adopt her!

This dog is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $400 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
