Tiny Bit's Story...
NOTE: Shown by appointment only at foster-mom's home. They will NOT be at any of our adoption sites!
These gorgeous pups are as sweet as they are cute. They have gotten near constant attention from the moment they entered the world, and boy have they brown. They turned 7 weeks old on September 23 and are ready to start seeking their new homes for when they turn 8 weeks old. Mom was bailed out of the shelter "on accident" when a volunteer went to pick up another dog. She had her pups within a few days of her exit from the pound. Mom looks like a Norwegian Elkhound and is a great dog with a great personality - very warm and friendly, and always trusting and tolerant of people with her puppies (a great sign of her gentle demeanor). She loves to play but loves people companionship even more. All of her pups have as sweet a personality as mom does and are just exceptional in their manners - for 7 week old pups. Most go outside and do their business at the far end of the yard, but all do it on the paper inside - they are still young puppies that get lazy, but the paper is always their target when they are lazy. Spaying and neutering is included in the $200 adoption fee and is a required component of the adoption. If you are interested, please email us at pal@palrescue.org and put the dog's name in the subject line.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiny Bit, a Rolling Hills Estates Norwegian Elkhound/Siberian Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwegian Elkhound/Siberian Husky for sale in Rolling Hills Estates, or seeking a Norwegian Elkhound/Siberian Husky puppy from a breeder in Rolling Hills Estates.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rolling Hills Estates already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rolling Hills Estates breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwegian Elkhound/Siberian Husky breeders who help with Norwegian Elkhound/Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rolling Hills Estates paves the way for another one to be saved.
