Chelsea's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Chelsea's Story...
Chelsea - 5 year old female purebred Miniature Schnauzer. Chelsea was rescue from a kill shelter, where she wasn't adopted no doubt because of her fearfulness. She is a extremely sweet girl, but cowers from everything (one reason for our bad photo she is very camera shy). With patience she warms up nicely to those who give her some loving attention. She playful loves to play fetch with stuffed toys. Chelsea is good with other dogs. She will require some patience with her new owner... she squeals on a walk and needs some work on housebreaking. Because she is fearful she needs an adult only home, the romping of small children would be too much for her. Chelsea is approximately 14 pounds.

If you would like to inquiry about this dog, the best way is to email us at info@msfr.org as we can not return all phone calls.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chelsea, a Redondo Beach Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Redondo Beach, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Redondo Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redondo Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redondo Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redondo Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
