Hi all, I'm Gordon. If you are looking for a super duper buddy that wants to go everywhere with you, I'm your guy! That's right I'm one of those loyal fellows who just likes to follow you around and be in the same room with you . I'm friendly with people of all shapes and sizes the only thing I don't like is CATS.... who can trust 'em? I just couldn't live in a house with cat! I do LOVE to go for my daily walk and I don't tire out easy either even though I just turned 7. I walk the best on the leader leash, then I don't pull unless-- I see a bunny or a CAT then I try to take off in a hurry. Remember you're only as old as you feel and I feel and act about 3! But what I LOVE the best is a TREAT! I'll do just about anything for a treat. I'm smarter then the average Basset too. I know how to open cabinets and infiltrate the doggie door (no matter what is propped against it!). I've won Gold Medals for counter cruisin', I boys gotta eat you know! I take every advantage to get a little snack. Recently I have become a bit territorial since I'm staying in a place with two other beautiful lady dogs. I just like to mark my territory, so my foster mom says I can't be trusted to be left alone. I know commands and I come when you call my name, unless I'm chasing a CAT, then I don't come. As you can see by my pictures I am not only handsome, but very photogenic! My Foster Mom says I'm a "Good Ol' Ruff and Tumble Kind of Guy", no pun intended. I hope you come to meet me I'm one of the nicest bassets ever!
