Sheila is a 2 1/2 year old Australian Kelpie mix. She is a very intelligent and would thrive in an obedience training class. She loves people, housebroken, Unfortunately, she has had rotten luck at finding a good home. Her first owner surrendered her to Animal Control for puppy behavior such as chewing and mouthing. Then she was adopted by a man who left her outside on a 12 ft. tether with no shelter, little shade, and didn't always get around to filling her water bowl. Right now she just needs some attention and maybe a "job", since she is a type of cattle dog!
