My name is Glory!

Golden Retriever Dog for adoption in Cleveland, Ohio - Glory

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Glory's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Glory's Story...
This well-bred 3 year old is losing her home because her owners are moving and there's just no room for a dog. Fantastic with kids and adults, Glory prefers to be the only dog in the house so that she can soak up all the love and attention. We do not know if she gets along with cats. Glory also needs to find her way to obedience class so she can learn more than just the basic commands and socialize with other dogs a bit more. She is high-energy and requires a traditional fence. Glory will be ready for adoption after November 15th.

To start the adoption process, please complete the application found on our website - www.grinrescue.org. Local prospects only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Glory, a Cleveland Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Cleveland, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Cleveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cleveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cleveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cleveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
