My story

Jenna is not in the Closer to Home Animal Advocates rescue program. We are assisting her owner with finding a new home for this lovely girl.



Owner's Comments: We are moving and unfortunately, can't take Jenna with us. Jenna is a 7-year-old spayed female Alaskan Malamute. She is up to date on all vaccinations and is on monthly heartworm preventative. She is very friendly and good with kids. We do not think she would be good with other pets in the home (cats and dogs). She is very vocal, howls and growls when she wants something. This is not an aggressive growl, just the way she talks. She loves to be outside on most days, but likes to sleep indoor at night. She will not jump fences. She loves to go on long walks. She is doesn’t like rain storms or fireworks. A fenced yard is REQUIRED for Jenna. No apartments, please!
