Nicey-Aussie's Story...
6-9-09 We could have named her Sweetie or Cutie because she is, but everyone that spends time with this great dog always say "she's a NICE dog!" so we named her Nicey! Nicey is a dream to walk, very gentle with the other dogs and people, loves to swim in our pool. Nicey will be a great companion for old or young--she is so NICE! She will also be a wonder to train in obedience or agility. Nicey weighs about 30 pounds and is about a year old. Please save lives by adopting from shelters and rescues and by spaying and neutering your own pets!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nicey-Aussie, a Charleston Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Charleston, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Charleston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charleston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charleston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charleston paves the way for another one to be saved.
