Harley's Story...
Hi everyone. My name is Harley and I am 2 years old and what a doll I am. I love car rides and all the attention that I can get. I get along great with older kids and the dogs. I am a little shy of men at first until I know that they are not going to "hit" or "beat" me. My old dad was not very nice to me. I weight about 41 pounds. I love to play with the tennis balls. I will also need a special family to love me forever I am partially deaf, I can hear louder noises and voices. If you think that you are the correct family for me then fill out the online application for me. I would be a great addition to your family. Applications can be filled out at : www.resq4paws.org Or please email us, this way it gives us more time to spend with the dogs verses answering the phone and returning phone calls. We do not have a shelter. We do foster homes only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Ortonville Dalmatian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dalmatian for sale in Ortonville, or seeking a Dalmatian dog from a breeder in Ortonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ortonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ortonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dalmatian breeders who help with Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ortonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
