Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ARTHUR IS COURTESY POSTING. HE IS FREE TO A GOOD HOME. CONTACT INFO NOTED BELOW.
"Arthur is an adorable buff (beige) male cat looking for a great home to call his own! He has a VERY tough past and therefore he is a very shy cat UNTIL he learns that he can trust you (then he is VERY affectionate and loving!). He will do best in a calm home that is patient. But he really is the most sweet and wonderful cat once he gets to know you! He is VERY friendly once he knows he can trust you and he is certainly incredibly adorable!"
Hi- I'm ARTHUR! I'm an adorable beige adult male cat searching for a purr-fect home to call my very own! I am neutered, up to date on shots, tested negative for both FIV and Feline Leukemia and I am treated for the prevention of ear mites, fleas and worms. I just want to find a loving calm, committed home- that's my goal!
As my foster parents mentioned (above), I am pretty shy when I first meet you (because of my VERY tough past)- but after I take some time to get to know you (they estimate it will take about 3-4 weeks for me to warm up to you) and know that you are trustworthy- I am INCREDIBLY friendly and kind. I love to be petted, talked to and to sit with you while you're reading a good book or watching TV. Loud noises and kids chasing do tend to scare me, so I prefer a calm home with no small children. I do fine with calm dogs and I do very well with other cats too.
To tell you a bit about my past, I lived my life in an extreme hoarders 600 sq ft home. Items were packed from floor to ceiling and there were dozens of us felines living (trying to survive) in the home. It was crowded, smelly and scary! None of us were spayed/neutered and we hardly had any food left out for us...so it was a pretty tough life. I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am to have been rescued and to have survived!
I am adorable and sweet....just pretty shy at first-- so I need someone who will be patient with me while I warm up to you)! If you would like to give me a good, calm, loving indoor home- please contact the good the lady who rescued me-- I can't wait to meet you!
ARTHUR WOULD BE HAPPY BEING AN INDOOR CAT OR AN INDOOR & OUTDOOR CAT- OR AN OUTDOOR CAT. HE'S JUST A HAPPY GUY!
