Holiday's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Holiday's Story...
1-year-old. Neutered Male. Black Lab Mix. 60Ibs.
I was brought to the Rutland County Humane Society by the animal control officer from Fair Haven. I’m a strong, energetic, and youthful pup. I’m learning “sit” and I love to play fetch. I get along with the dogs and cats here at the shelter. I have a soft and beautiful black coat. I know that big dogs, especially big black dogs, tend to spend a long time in the shelter before being adopted, but I don’t wanna wait – adopt me now and we can go on adventures in the snow all winter!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holiday, a Pittsford Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Pittsford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Pittsford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pittsford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pittsford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pittsford paves the way for another one to be saved.
