Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Rosie (and her brother, Scout) started their life out in less-than-optimal circumstances. Their pregnant mother (a pure-bred Aussie) was taken to the Greenville Animal Shelter by her former owner just 1 week shy of delivering her puppies. (Gee, what nice people.) Rosie and Scout were born on 10/20/04. Their 3rd sibling was adopted directly from the shelter. Rosie and Scout are now safe and sound in a Tassie's Hope foster home and we also plan to rescue their mom. As you can see from the photos, Rosie is great with children and is very playful. As this little girl gets a little older, obedience training will be a must. Aussies are very smart and very trainable. Rosie would be an excellent candidate for agility, flyball or frisbee training. She will be a very active adult dog, so her new family will need to be ready, willing and able to provide Rosie with the "hobbies" that this breed so loves. Tassie's Hope adoption fee covers 3 rounds of puppy boosters, worming, vet exam and spay surgery (when Rosie is old enough). Rosie will be available to go to her new home on 01/22/05, but we are currently accepting applications. If you'd like to give Rosie lots of love, lots of activity and a permanent home to call her own, please complete our on-line application today. You can access our app in the "General Info." section of our website.
