My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I first met this little boy cat on the street in Park Slope, Brooklyn when he was attempting to cross a busy street. When I approached him I assumed he had a home because he was so friendly and began to roll on the sidewalk loving some attention. As we were getting to know each other, various people in the neighborhood passed by and told me he is known "Mr. Kitz" in the neighborhood and that he was in fact homeless. Everyone I spoke to loved the cat but because most already had a multiple cat dwelling, were unable to take him in.

There was a woman in the neighborhood who had been feeding him simply by whistling in a particular spot from the street where he would come out to be fed. She told me he even would walk with her to the local deli to get his food. She told me she would not be available to feed him in the coming weeks which is when I decided to rescue him and find him a loving home. Mr. Kitz has a new name now - "Harry" is what we call him. He is such a love, we all adore him. Harry LOVES to be petted - he will quickly be your best buddy without a doubt. We believe that Harry would do well with other cats or by himself.

I am committed to finding Harry a loving come so that he can feel comfortable as comes into adult life. He is about 6 months old. He is neutered and has had his first set of vaccines. He has been checked for any diseases/viruses and has gotten a clean bill of health from the veterinarian (FELV/FIV negative and flea free).

If you would more information about this amazing little boy, please call me (Lauren) at 917-613-2480 or send me an e-mail at laudau726@yahoo.com. I am so glad that I invited this little boy into my home and my heart, you will be too! Harry will not disappoint. Thanks for thinking of a rescued cat!
