Hi there! I'm Tequila, a very fun and sweet female 8 year old lab/german shorthaired pointer mix. I am a very good girl, and was so confused when my family dropped me off at the pound. No one knows why, but I'm adjusting and my personality is starting to blossom! I love to play and am a very good snuggler. I would do best in a home with a yard to romp around in, and I love little dogs and polite big dogs. I am housebroken and very well-mannered. My last family probably didn't take me a whole lot of places, because I could use some leash work, and I'm a bit nervous in the car (I'm good, but I'm SURE you are taking me to the vet!). I'm content to stay behind and guard the homestead, and I'm very happy to just meander around the fenced-in back yard. I am good with gentle children, but have not met any cats yet here at the rescue. If you have a kitty, they'll introduce me to one to see how I do!
