Nate's Info...

Nate's Story...
Nate's the name and givin' kisses is my game! I am a very loving and loyal fellow with boundless energy and a gorgeous deep red coat. I get very excited and dole out big kisses whenever you pay me any attention but I can also be very comfortable lying at your feet when you are resting or relaxing. I am great with other animals, in fact, I enjoy having another doggy friend or buddy to spend time with. Guess I'm not that great on a leash and they keep saying I need some work in that area but I am very responsive to any commands you give me. The rest of my resume reads something like this; housebroke, comes when called, knows sit, down, come and NO, well behaved when left alone and won't chew up your favorite pair of shoes. To sum it all up, I am a sweet boy who is looking for lots of love and companionship with a person who will be as loyal to me as I will be to them. Please say you will take me home! Puuleezzzeee?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nate, a Roundup Australian Kelpie/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Kelpie/Border Collie for sale in Roundup, or seeking a Australian Kelpie/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Roundup.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Roundup already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Roundup breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Kelpie/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Kelpie/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Roundup paves the way for another one to be saved.
