Eek! Have you ever seen anything so CUTE?? Tillie is a little BC mix girl just oozing with character, and at just 8 months old, she's still ALL puppy...and a well-adjusted, happy, goofy one at that!
Tillie was found running down a busy highway in eastern CO and was rescued by a good samaritan, who contacted us at WBCR. We haven't had her long, but it is already clear she has the makings of a top-notch canine companion! Adorable Tillie is confident, as social as the day is long, lighthearted, and very sweet. She adores attention from people and has never met a stranger....she also looooves the company of other dogs, gets along with all she meets, and is super playful! Although she's not a fetcher, it should come as no surprise that this pup is also a big fan of toys. Tillie is, however, a little bit too big of a fan of the chinchilla in her foster home, and should go to a home without small animals. We're not sure yet if that includes cats.
Tillie will likely be a moderate energy adult, but is still in the throes of puppyhood, and so is one very busy and enthusiastic little girl these days! Like most pups, she is in the "chewing voraciously" stage right now and is need of supervision most of the time to keep her out of trouble. It's a big exciting world out there and Tillie can't wait to see it, smell it, and get her mouth on it! With an adopter who has the time, energy, and willingness to work with this pup, we are sure she will emerge from puppyhood as a wonderful, well-mannered adult. Tillie is bright and responsive and eager to learn, and will be a pleasure to train. In her foster home she is working on the basics like cratetraining and sitting. She is already housetrained, walks nicely on a leash, and has quite a good recall.
Silly Tillie is a versatile girl that has potential to thrive in a variety of situations. If you are looking for a pup with a sunny temperament that is sure to delight as well as keep you on your toes, Tillie may fit your bill just perfectly! She is sure to bring years of joy to some lucky adopter.
