Roxi-Courtesy Post's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Roxi-Courtesy Post's Story...
Roxi is a 7 year old beagle who was diagnosed with diabetes in May 2009. Requires 1x day insulin shot. Does not like this shot and tries to wiggle out of it. Up to date on all of her shots. House trained (as long as she gets her insulin shot regularly). Great with kids. Currently lives with a 4 yr old and 18 month old. Low key and well natured. Likes to snuggle and lay on the couch. Giving her the shot daily along with having 2 young kids to care for has just gotten to be too much for our family. We are hoping that she will find a great new home...she still has much love to give.

If you would like to give Roxi a second chance, please contact Sarah at 440-779-0009 or sarahstuckey@wowway.com (e-mail is preferable way of contact).

**Note:Roxi is not at the Berea Shelter. Please contact Sarah directly for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxi-Courtesy Post, a Berea Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Berea, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
