My story

Hunter's picture says it all! He's a ray of sunshine, a happy well-behaved dog who loves to play a good game of fetch. He's a such ham - sometimes he'll strike a pose and smile for the camera! Hunter has the most beautiful eyes! He's also got great leash manners. He's calm but attentive. He wags his tail all the time and loves attention. He's just a super sweet guy searching for a home and a family to call his own!

Hunter weighed 38.4 pounds when we saved him. Hunter was given up by his owner because he was too big.
