Lobo--CAT OK!'s Story...
Lobo is not in the Closer to Home Animal Advocates rescue program. We are listing him as a courtesy for his owner.

Lobo is a 4-1/2 year old, purebred male (no papers), Siberian Husky. He is Copper/Dark Red in color with blue eyes. He is neutered, house trained, heart worm tested, and up-to-date on shots. He is great with other dogs and loves children. He lives with cats but still likes to chase them on occasion. Lobo is a master escape artist and will need a securely fenced in yard (6' fence), and preferably another dog to play with. He is a great walking or running partner.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, click here for our online adoption application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lobo--CAT OK!, a Belleville Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Belleville, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Belleville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Belleville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Belleville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Belleville paves the way for another one to be saved.
