Oregano's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Oregano's Story...
Hey! I am not just another gorgeous cat and I am also smart, savvy and sweet!

I am a stunning looking male back Bombay cat . Only four years old with a soft velvety coat

I will greet you at the door, and keep you company without being demanding, and engage you for play when I’am ready. I am independent and can be left alone, but love occasional hugs and caresses.

My first family was on the way to the city shelter when my foster mom met me. They were moving and couldn't take me along. I really need to find my forever home soon and my foster mom has 5 cats and a dog and I feel left out in my room. I like to find a home with someone who's (feline) experienced and wants me all to him or herself.

I am very healthy and athletic -- I am larger than you might guess from my weight. I am neutered, use my litter box all the time, never spray, have all my shots and am EV/HIV negative!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oregano, a Long Beach Bombay cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bombay for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Bombay cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bombay breeders who help with Bombay rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
