Buster Brown's Story...
Interested in saving some money on your heating bill this winter? Well, this little guy will keep you warm! Buster Brown is a 6 month old Beagle/Hound mix who just loves to snuggle. He's 20 pounds of pure puppy fun, too, so when he isn't cuddling, he'll keep you entertained. He plays well with other dogs and loves children. He seems to be housebroken and leash trained. He knows "Sit" and is working on some other basic commands. His foster mom thinks he's a pretty smart boy, because he's learning new things quickly. If he sounds like the right dog for you, please come and meet Buster Brown!

As HAHS now has several adoption locations, please contact Liz at 913-226-2694 or liz_novak@hotmail.com to find out when and where you can meet BUSTER BROWN!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster Brown, a Overland Park Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
