This nice little guy had such a hard time until he came to us. Orlando was tied outside a mobile home, on a short leash, every day for at least a year! Bought as a gift from a granddaughter to a woman who doesn't like dogs. Came in totally infested with fleas. Now grows happier every day. Loves to be talked to, sits on your lap, doesn't like his face kissed but we can live with that :). Probably between 1-2 years old. Approximately 15 lbs. Not tiny for a Shih Tzu but certainly a small dog in great need of kind loving person (people) who know and love dogs and want to make a difference in the life of a poor little guy who never had a break. This is what rescue is all about.
