Clancy's Story...
Clancy is a sweet, affectionate, small (30 lbs) brittany senior. While we think that he is 10+ years old, he’s happy scampering around the house. Clancy is moderately active. He is very mobile around the house and enjoys short walks for exercise when the weather is nice. He walks well on leash.

Clancy loves to snuggle and cuddle and be around people.

Clancy is in good health for his age. The only concern he has is age-related arthritis in his knees, hips and spine, which is helped by daily glucosamine - chondroitin. Because of his arthritis, he doesn’t jump up on people. He can climb stairs and can get up on some low height furniture.

Clancy would be a wonderful, affectionate companion dog for an older person or couple. He would be happiest in a quiet family.

Clancy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and on heart worm preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clancy, a Buffalo Brittany dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brittany for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Brittany dog from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brittany breeders who help with Brittany rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
